For us the priority is high quality of products and services that we offer. We do our best to meet customer´s demands and to raise their satisfaction by offering high quality of our products and services.
This priority brought us to take strategic decision to adopt and build a Quality Management System (QMS) according to ISO 9001:2001 / EN ISO 9001:2000 (old norm).
The construction of QMS is meeting the requirements of international standard ISO.
This international standard specifies requirements for a quality management system in the place where an organization needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide product that meets customer´s demand and wants to increase his satisfaction through the effective application of the system.
After few months of construction and implementation of the QMS our effort was reviewed and evaluated by full certification audit on the 8. September in 2004.
The company was verified whether the QMS is implemented, applied and maintained in accordance with the requirements under the leardership of an audit team that cooperates with accredited certfication body PQM Ltd in Banská Bystrica. The new audit results showed that the company has met all the requirements in accordance with the standard STN EN ISO 9001:2016 / EN ISO 9001:2015 and based on these results it was given the certificate of quality management system by the certification authority PQM Ltd. This system creates new possibilities for action in the market and is also an important milestone in existence of the company.
On October 1, 2018, our company IMEX Pumpy s.r.o. became an Authorized Service and Reconfiguration Center of ARO in Slovakia.
IMEX Pumpy, s.r.o is also an authorized distributor of INOXPA, JOHSTADT, ROBUSCHI, JESSBERGER, MUNSCH and EAGLE BURGMANN in the Slovak Republic, an exclusive distributor of APEX PUMPS in Slovakia and the Czech Republick, a certified distributor of SEKO, an official distributor of GARDNER DENVER and ZENIT.
On January 21, 2025, WATSON MARLOW appointed the company as a seller of Watson Marlow, Bredel, Flexicon, MasoSine, Biopure, Asepcoc products in the Slovak Republic.
On May 31, 2022, the company was issued an Authorization for Repair of Reserved Technical Electrical Equipment in the scope of:
E2 technical electrical equipment with a voltage of up to 1000 V including a lightning rod in class of buildings, A buildings without an explosion hazard.
