500 series high-flow pumps

500 series pumps comprise a choice of pumpheads made from chemical resistant materials. A wide range of powerful AC, DC and brushless DC drives provide power and control options for flow rates up 3,500 mL/min. Changing a tube is the only routine maintenance required.

Technical informations

520R/R2 pumpheads feature two sprung rollers and transparent cover so you can see the pump running easily. Pumpheads accept eight sizes of continuous tubing up to 9.6 mm bore. 520R for 1.6 mm wall and 520R2 for 2.4 mm wall thickness tubing for lower inlet pressure or higher viscosity.

520RE LoadSure® element pumpheads guarantee perfect tube loading, one-minute maintenance and pressure up to 7 bar (dependant on the choice of drive).
