4900 Butterfly Valve Sandwich

Sandwich butterfly valves, whether manually or automatically operated, can be used in most liquid product applications in the food-processing, pharmaceutical and chemical industries. The design allows to easily instal or remove the valve without separating the pipes.

The butterfly valve can be operated automatically through an actuator or manuallywith a handle.
The handle blocks the valve in the "open" or "closed" position, although there are alsoother models with intermediate positions.The actuator transforms the axial movement of the piston into a 90º rotary movementwhich it transmits to the disc.

Features:

In the case of the valve, it is a design „between the flanges“, which is a compact and robust design. The part of it is a multiposition handle as a standard function for valves up to DN 100/4" and a two-position handle as a standard function for valves from DN-100/4". It ensures low pressure losses and the impossibility to interchange bodyhalves with any connection type. Connection: DIN 11850 and easy traceability of components.
